After trying tons of different stage suggestions back before the Baba Shop reset, I found 26-5 was the most reliable of the newer stages if you want to get a good amount of exp. too. Is there a better stage or is the grind just that rough? 28-1 is much better. You get 6-8 per run. 28-4, but you need to get lucky and have the cloud send you on the path with all the question marks, each one is 2 gems, you can get up to 16, plus the one from beating the boss. RNG is a bitch, huh?

Honestly 23-8 Boosted isn't bad if you want to link level and pick up incredible gems at the same time. Sadly, you can't auto and get the gems because you'll most likely jump right over them.
