The Tenet Cycron on an Impact based sister can be a decent alternative combat fighter, as the heat procs the weapon deals will stack fairly quickly and the impact procs will constantly stun enemies. Impact sisters also have access to Radiation focused attacks, offering additional crowd control when damage isn't sufficient.

Status/Second is garbage anyway, and the Cycron DOEs have a guaranteed heat proc so there is that. Status per second doesn't play nice in any case, considering how slow it is. It's MR fodder because of how garbage the ammo problem is. It takes longer to get back to a full clip than it does to reload normal weapons.
