What the title of this thread says. I would rather use homebrew for this, because SaveDataFiler is on a different system than the one I want to restore on. This is for my downloaded games, and I found the ones I want on a thread here, most start with 00040000 or whatever...I don't know if my 3DS still has a CFW or is still hacked so I don't want to completely brick it by trying to factory reset it in the 3DS settings. What I want to do is to completely remove all the hacking stuff and rehack my 3DS on a good basis to avoid any problems.I got my N3DS-XL off eBay, and it had parental controls enabled.
