I thought it just checks for Trisomy 21 and 18 and when the Dr asked if I wanted to know the sex I was surprised. It can tell you whether or not there is a Y chromosome present. In my case it didn't so I am having another girl.We chose MaterniT21 Plus and got our results in exactly 2 weeks (because of the holidays). We didn't have any issues and their billing dept is great.
