So I ordered my dasher direct card on Aug 10- it's now the 29th. I got my virtual card immediately but the physical card has never arrived. I checked the help section on the site, Google, etc. I can't find anything about what to do if this happens. I've already gotten a few reminder emails to activate it so I feel like it should have been here.
