Removed the charcoal filter, valve and vacuum line. Had alread installed the fresh air block off plates to prevent backfiring. Run vent tube from under tank down to bottom of bike with other hose and no more problem.2006 1500 starting issues/dfi fuse. The heat problem is the heat that is directed at the rider when in stop and go traffic and the fan comes on.
