It may be hard to believe, but people posting in this very thread still don't get that injecting fusee from RCM, or using payload=fusee in hekate_ipl.ini, kills sigpatches (as of the latest Atmosphere release). Unless you grab the "custom" fusee posted in this very thread, or you simply use fss0 with package3. Or just build your own fusee.

Also for people that like to keep the sysMMC clean and uses the emuMMC instead, the sigpatches for AMS 1.5.4 also include the default config file for hekate which adds back the option to boot CFW on sysMMC as its first option, so be careful to not select it on accident.If an install to the internal memory gives these problems then I think you're missing the latest sigpatches.
