And in park it jumps between 1000 to 500 rpm. basicaly, a few times now, it drops really low and out of nowhere with little to no warning it stalls out, never while im giving it throttle.

Then have a shop with a Mercedes style scan tool perform the "trans shift adaptation" for that gear or all gears and at the same time check the trans fluid for discoloration or fluid mix with antifreeze.
