Im the same, I design and implement UIs then change my mind, usually going back to the one I started with all those years ago. Here are some recent examples of WIP UIs that I never got round to tweaking or fininshing! Eternity UI. Sphinx UI. Roughneck UI.The reason it would only make a sound when you first enter combat is because it would trigger on your first successful Death Coil cast, then never deactivate. Meaning that subsequent casts wouldn't make a noise because the WA was already activated. What I did to fix this, was set a "Hide Timer". His Weakauras are very uncomplicated, his UI elements are big enough to be seen, his personal font is very good, etc. My overall recommendation is to get Naowh's pack, and once you're used to it start tweaking it to your specific needs. For elvui use the default profile, for plater, if you want to use mine the profile is called Modern Wow that should set up most things the way you see it in my screenshot. The exception will be the minimap texture and action bar textures which you will have to manually move around. Features: Most of the visual elements are weakauras.

You need probebly need to use diffrent profiles dependent om Raid size. Ie when it is 5 man look this way. 10 man this way. And so on. You can have multiple bindings for everything now, so my abilities list the original PC keyboard binding and then the controller binding next to it as a secondary binding. Copy your entire Interface and WTF folders to a backup location somewhere else on your computer, and delete them from your Warcraft folder. Load up the game to rebuild those 2 folders.
