There is a weapon at the start of the boss room, use it for rykard LT TO WIN BABY. Pick up the weapon in the boss room. It's a gimmick fight. The sword's light attack also does the beam. Use the Serpent Hunter and ur Mimic Ash with the same weapon, if you still cant beat it let me know ill gladly help.
