2017+ Super Duty - 37s on level no rub offset - FYI, if you plan on fitting 37s on a level kit, they will rub. They don't rub enough to hurt anything but bothered the crap out of me. My solution was finding a wheel that still keeps them tucked under the fender. A +20 wheel is perfect.The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. This truck replaces our 2019 F250 XL Crew Cab 4x4 truck that we purchased in December 2019. It is extremely similar but shorter! It has the 148" wheelbase vs the 160" wheelbase and the total length (bumper to bumper) is under 20ft! This shortens the turning circle from 53ft to 50ft and allows it to easily fit in any parking space.

I recently purchased a 2019 F250 (6.7) and had a leveling kit/37" tires installed …I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs.
