Per Amsoil the total capacity is 7.5 quarts for the Aisin AF50-8 transmission. Therefore, one drain and fill of 3 quarts results in 40% fluid replacement. The second drain and fill of the second 3 quarts (assuming the fluid from the first was mixed together completely) gets us to a total of 64% fluid replacement if I did the math right.
