Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. I never recommend full shadow assassin, it's best to use a gold head and a zk cp is better than an sa cp without the full set bonus so you should sell the sa cp for 2/4 necron and use gold head 2/4 necron and zk cp.
