Your board doesnt even have an O/B terminal. I would try configuring the ecobee as a standard 5-wire hookup (blue to C). With only 5 wires, I'm not sure your ecobee can support 2-stage heat. Maybe you can add the PEK to free a wire and use that for aux heat. The blue on C goes along with one of the yellows on Y.
