Your board doesnt even have an O/B terminal. I would try configuring the ecobee as a standard 5-wire hookup (blue to C). With only 5 wires, I'm not sure your ecobee can support 2-stage heat. Maybe you can add the PEK to free a wire and use that for aux heat. The blue on C goes along with one of the yellows on Y.

Even though the original setup was that there was only an RC, the Ecobee3 was showing both RC and RH as being connected.
