A 9* ignis and 9* heart watcher are among the very few useful 9* heroes. Vessa as a first trans won’t get you very far. No trans heroes by their self will. If you haven’t cleared the regular campaign you should continue to focus your efforts on making Eloise stronger. Good job focusing on her.
