Disagree big time. Anyone can be super toxic and just because someone is a k-pop fan doesn't mean they can't as toxic as let's say someone who hates k-pop with passion. Heck, as a South Asian, the amount of times k-pop fans have been borderline insensitive to my opinions, culture and race just to 'defend' their idol is appalling.
