P0882 and truck stuck in 4th means you are not getting 12V power from the Trans Relay (in the Totally Integrated Power Module [TIPM]) to the trans. The PCM sends a signal (at startup) to tell the Trans Relay to close, which then feeds 12V power to the trans. Might be best to have your dealer diagnose. It just stays in 4th gear. When stuck in 4th the tranny temp will reach upwards of 240 degrees. The only way to correct it is to pull over and turn truck off for 5-10 minutes and then restart it.
