Sometimes, not always, while parked I try and roll up the driver's window. It goes up and then comes back down halfway and stops, even if I keep holding the switch, engine running or not, in drive/reverse or not. In addition, the three passenger window controls are dependent on the lock/unlock switch at the driver door to be in the unlock position and working. Each window motor has a dedicated fuse in the interior fuse panel lower left of the steering wheel. If neither switch operates a motor, that's an easy thing to check (there's a good legend in the owner's manual).
