Why can't you reposition this bar? I see all the complaints and Xfinity has yet to fix this. My mom has to use closed caption in the large letter format and it blocks out part of the screen. Please fix this because it crazy that you can't reposition this.
Have you tried backing out of all apps, go to settings, go to device care, manage storage, select the infinity app, clear cache. Then go back into the Xfinity app and start a program. CC is defaulted to on, so pause the program and at the bottom of the screen arrow over to cc, turn it off. The rest of the programs started without cc on.
