How do you reset xfinity cable box.
Apparently it is not recognizing me and the correct remote isn't working with it either. I believe it is either a firmware issue and needs to be reset to factory default. Would you please help me with this task. I surely would appreciate some guidance. There isn't much info on how to do this online. this is the Cable Companion Box Xi6-A. Question.
