It is 9 now i filled my space up with my favorite ships before the update and now i had enough space to get 3 solar ships along with the 4 squadmates. The new update brings it up to 12 now. Yes there’s a limit. Patch 3.63 made it so you can’t see the spots that are being saved. I don’t remember how many buildings total, but after about 5 buildings I had 3 big buildings to go and about 10 little buildings.
