You don't need to do the loops to get that high. Hell, you can hit the cap with some of the higher end Light Armors. even with getting 100 in both, it's not enough. You will need to exploit to get it over dragonhide. I'm also playing with ordinater, And dare I say that dragonhide spell, and the mage armor perks, still trump the light armor option.Heavy and Light armor are the same except for a couple perks.
