Each and everyone has/had issues using BT connections consistently. In my '21 JT I use a BT dongle to replace the wire which of course adds an additional device into the mix. The '24 may be better, but don't expect too much. Here is what worked for me. I had a CarPlay disconnecting problem in my previous car (non Jeep). Here is what cured it and I have not had any CarPlay connection problems in my JL or any car since. I usually keep my phone in my pocket, when not driving. This caused pocket lint and dust to build up in the lightning connector plug.
