John deere 8440 problems.

My 8440 is about 200 hp and pulls most things ok but is a little underpowered in some operations. Only farming about 500 acres right now with a full time job, but would like to start growing a little bit. Tractor has just over 10,000 hrs and less than a 1,000 on engine o/h and clutch rebuild. Since you have already split the tractor and have the motor out I would probably put a new rear main seal in the motor, have the clutch pack checked to see if anything needs to be replaced, and inspect and fix anything else that is easily to get at while you have it this far apart.8400 starting problem.
