Anki is really a long-term tool so yeah you can get through the deck in a month, but there's also the added time of doing your reviews. Sometimes my dedicated anki time just gets taken up by reviewing due cards, rather than adding new ones. I made my own cards but for me it took me about 2 months to get to a good place with my deck.

Probably not, anki is designed for space repetition. Trying to cram 2800+ cards won't encode any of the info into your brain and you'll become fatigued after like the first 300/400 cards anyway.
