It's like a bale of haylage not long strands. The extra remote is really needed. I bought a tractor with three remotes to run it.Seemed to help the problem. I think sharping the knife will help in the wrapping process. Also baling with dew helps, most all problems I ever had with my Deere 567 was when crop was totally bone dry. Would rip net, and send it to top roller. The new Holland if it ever rips it, just goes to steel starter roll, every easy to get off.1) There is the "external" power relay which is outside the baler control box. 2) There is the "internal" net/twine relay which is inside the baler control box. Cheers. 644 and 648 are functionally the same. 644 was older model same 4x5 baler mine was bought new in 1996 when I traded it in 2014 got 12500 in trade paid 19500 new in 1996. Only use the black New Holland net wrap with these balers the white stretch wrap caused too many problems.
