Oanda is fine. I've used them quite a bit over the years and they've always been fair about customer service issues. Not trading with them now because their spreads are a bit less competitive these days compared to other options. Oanda wins for small accounts as they will let you place a trade of 1 unit. Most places pepperstone included you are trading min 1k units. So if starting with really small account then oanda will let you choose your timeframe and trade at a decent size and not force short term.
