So far, I've put together a list of spells that seem to stand out: lvl 1: Grease, Enlarge Person, Mage Armor. lvl 2: Create Pit, Glitterdust, Web.Spawn Slayer has the same problem as all Slayer builds - no defensive tools naturally built into the kit, but on-hit properties and Combat Style Feats that incentivize dual-wielding.
