I tested the coil pack using an ohm meter going from ground on the coil to the plug wire and have 0 resistance on both terminals. Testing both plug wire terminals at the same time I get 0 Resistance.

No Spark unless I disconnect CDI box ground. Someone stole all of my quads and left my 2000 Trail Blazer 250 behind, but that one had all kinds of wires cut under the "hood", like they were trying to hot wire it. I spliced all the wires back together, matching colors. I did have to add about 2" of wire between each cut to get them back together.

The ignition coil pack might cause no spark issue with your Polaris Sportsman 500, as it gets the voltage to create a spark. So testing your coil pack is very important. 800 EFI no output from fuel pump. I have a 2011 Ranger Crew 800 EFI that quit today. I pulled the fuel line off and no fuel flow (or sound) when I turn the key on. Fuel Pump fuse is good. Had a local mechanic check the Fuel Pump relay, it is also good. Pulled the pump out and checked voltage on the pump side of the connector, reads .42 volts.
Won't start on starting fluid either. I pulled a spark plug and confirmed there's no spark. Checked for power to the coils and don't have anything on the middle terminal. Should be 12v. I also have no injector pulse, no power, not clicking. Also, no power to the fuel pump. -----Will not flash codes. Does not even display "WAIT" or anything.

Try a new spark plug - a backfire from the exhaust during starting usually indicates a weak or late spark many times caused by a fouled (carbon coated) spark plug. I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.
