I did two things here's the easiest. I went into my save games by going to Documents>My Games>Starfield. I then deleted the StarfieldConsoleHistory.log, the 2nd thing I did was add the Achievement Enabler from nexus mods. I think deleting theStarfieldConsoleHistory.log was truly what fixed the problem.

The easiest way to identify it, is by checking how many ID's your save has created by checking it with the in-game console. The way to do this is pretty straight forward: Drop 1 unit of ammo (any) on the ground. Open the console (standard is Tilde (~)) and check the ID of the ammo piece you dropped (it should say AMMO ' (FFxxxxx)).
