The ABTF calculator is not particularly accurate for reduced breasts. The footprint to projection ratio is different than the calculator assumes. I recommend going to a real lingerie shop (not VS) and getting fitted. They’ll measure … The issue is that cup size scales up and down with back. It's not like a G cup is the same cup stuck on different band lengths. The whole design is scaled up and down as the sizes change. It's not uncommon to find yourself feeling that a well-fitting band is too tight/constricting, because you're not used to it.
