First of all. Yes you can delete them on Xbox. All you have to do is go into manage game and addons menu for Fallout 4 then delete the 2GB reserved space. This will delete all CC and mods. After this don't start installing CC content until after you leave vault 111. And even then only install a few at a time as needed.
