In theory aiming grip gives you a direct advantage over a person that uses anything other than aiming grip due to its ability. You can use recoil grip but you can get used to the recoil patterns pretty easy so its a waste of points. Reload grip is pretty alright. Quick hand grip is probably the worst one.
I'm 10 hours into sandstorm and so far I think the SVD and EBR are my favourite guns. I run them with the 6x - 3x scope, suppressor and I think the ADS grip. Yes I also think the weapons sound were better and stronger in Insurgency 2 than Sandstorm, since last update they improve a lot the sound quality and overall inmersion, but insufficient.
