I've found Loop Habit Tracker, which, if it had habits you could track multiple times a day and the ability to create checkmark lists would be perfect. My only habitica based custom reward is hatching eggs, it takes about 4 days before I can unlock that. My big custom reward is a day off work. I work from home and on my own schedule so taking a day off is reasonable, but it takes about 3 weeks of dailies and habits to get the one day.

After 2 weeks I am going back to separate apps, just makes sense and practically easier to check items off etc in the habitica app/website.
