I have not been able to find drill arm fragments since then. I normally find them at the wreck at the blood kelp trench. Last night I found 1 drill arm and about 8 torpedo arm fragments. I tried the wreck at the seatraders path and found 2 propulsion canon arm fragments. I've searched around the lifepod that went down in the great reef - nothing.If you look in your PDA blueprint tab, it is under the Vehicle Modifications tab. Anything under that is built in the vehicle upgrade station you can build in the moonpool (that is the only place you are allowed to build it).
