Me and my friend have been trying to play a modded playthrough together, but after a certain point in progression (usually after EoC) my game becomes desynced from the world (in such a way that opening treasure bags takes 20 seconds, same with picking up blocks and items).
It may sound weird, but the bug didn't impact boss spawning items. It was only cosmolight, and both tears. If using Fargo's mutant mod it also happened with any event summoning items from that mod. No, the mod is designed for single player right now, my guess it won’t be for another couple months to even a year ( depending on how they work) until It has some compatibility.
