Radio can still be controlled by steering wheel controls. My wife's fix has been to stop the car, get out and get back in. This usually works and faults clear. Release the stops by pressing them toward the center of the glove compartment while lowering the glove compartment, and remove the glove compartment. Remove the blower motor speed control. Disconnect the blower motor speed control electrical connector.
