Tried uninstalling everything related to BG3 and Vortex and manually deleting everything from Appdata. No luck. 4. Run .exe file (BG3 Mods Fix) inside newly created folder. A file called game_version.lsx would be generated. 5. Run BG3 mod manager and drag all the mods from right to left and export. Refresh. I've tried every solution I've seen out there: made sure we had the exact same versions of the exact same mods. matched the load orders. double checked we had no loose file mods. sent them my modsettings.lsx. made sure we had the same game version Nothing seems to be working and this is the second time this has happened to me and some friends.
I finally got a few mods to work fine but I'm not sure what I did to fix it with Vortex. I had a few of the requisite mods like Community Library, CarryWeight, & the Patch3 fix. when I played the 1st time. Saved immediately and added an updated mod but it didn't seem to work with the saved game file. Vortex did modify the modsettings.lsx file ...
