Enemys should be weaker, but defences should still be necessary. try playing with the frequencies of ores and the starting area. this will often help without having a special seed.

yes, it wasn't really challenging at the beginning, but after I install Rampant mode it quickly became one. Mainly because I neglected the defense before but after I installed this mod (I install it probably on 70th hour) the attacks kicked it, and I have to fight it here and there wake-a-mole game and fix damn rails.
