Rolling back the update manually should work. had to remove the fallout script extender, deleted my fallout 4 profile on vortex, and removed my entire mods folder, doing a fresh install seems to be my only solution.... The glitches and bugs at the very beginning of the game (before entering the post-apocalyptic game world proper) are pretty rare to encounter, so I wouldn't be too bummed out by it.

After getting the last fallout 4 update, my game gets stuck just after the initial starting scree, and just read "Syncing data for Fallout 4". The percentage bar has only gotten as high as 2%, and hasn't moved at all in the last half hour. I've tried loading offline, but that only gave me access to saves from when the game first came out.
