I use Faster HDT-SMP, CBPC, 3BA with full SMP Physics and i have no problems with body physics and collisions, its just with HDT-SMP for Cloaks and Capes and KS Hairdos SMP and maybe some COCO 3BA SMP outfits when my game gets <1 fps or even crashes. Smp reset doesn't reload meshes correctly for some items (observed with Artesian Cloaks of Skyrim). Suspect references to the original triangle meshes are being dropped when they're no longer needed. Stick with Faster HDT-SMP for now. AFAIK, it's the only fully supported version. If the smp reset command is not recognized, it means HDT-SMP is not loaded in the game and SMP-enabled armors will not work.
