Wellspring is the best farm for high stat armor. Genuinely was shocked when I unlocked level 30 on throne world. Have not had single piece below 64 since I got it when farming wellspring. Don't believe this is true. I have rank 30 in throne world and still getting low stats armors from wellspring.
