Sometimes going into settings on phone and manually connecting phone to device on either BT or WI-FI will fix. Sometimes turning both WI-FI and BT off and back on on iPhone fixes it.Sometimes, you get to a point at work where your motivation is completely depleted. HU seems to have come with the latest firmware (1.01) I've just update iPhone7 to iOS 13.2.2 Performed a bluetooth reset to forget any previous phone, reconnected to check (phone still not working) have again resetmy dash charges and triggers CarPlay and my rear seats charge just fine. I have a 2022 JLU Sahara if that helps. I too experienced this issue (2021 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe) with the center console USB port. It appears to be a manufacturer’s problem baked into the newer models. I think this video may help you.
