Even if it is a P320 not offered in a Manual Safety like a X-Compact etc. Having the MS Cut FCU Frame allows you the Shooter & Owner of that P320 to ADD or NOT a Manual Safety. Much like adding a Manual Safety to any P365 FCU Frame. The short answer is yes, you can. Nearly any slide length/frame size combo works. A full size M17 can be concealed but most people prefer something smaller. Personally I carry a compact slide with a compact frame.
