You can run the super 600 with just one shell in the shell plate and it will function the same as a 600jr. I have a 12ga 600jr and a Texan loader from the 60's in 20ga. The entire circumference seems to be affected by the resizing process. I am currently using up the last of my old CF AA hulls, but the newer HS hulls have the same issues.I have 600 Jr. die sets for all of the gauges and use them as needed. The die sets are easy to switch out. It usually takes about 10 minutes once you get up on the learning curve. Since, I have other loaders, I primarily use the 600 Jr. for 3" .410's and turning out only a few loads in a given gauge - usually for testing.Set it re-size to .806 to .807, and you will be just right. That's not much of a change, but it will relieve a lot of stress on the collet. As far as the sizing ring on the 600 jr., just take what it gives and if they fit OK, then no problem. I was wondering where the Wad Height Indicator and the Wad Pressure Indicator are supposed to be showing up for 1 1/8 loads and 1 oz loads. I did find this info once a little while ago and it said the fifth line for height indicator on 1 1/8.

I use CB1100-12 wads in the Rems and DRA12 Pink in the AA HS with 18.5 gr. of Clays over Fio 616 primers. The Rems load and crimp great, but the AA HS have the typical bulge that occurs when the stack is too tall.
