Thank you for the info. You are correct that my drawing is not printing as raster. Lines are vector and I am still able to snap to them in Bluebeam. However, I checked my Bluebeam PDF printer's settings and it was set to 150 dpi. After I increased the dpi to 600 the lines got much smoother and uniform.
