Since monday's update, revolution was made to automatically trigger threshold and ultimate abilities, provided you have the required adrenaline for it. Well, not on my account, despite having setup my actions bars properly, I still have to manually use threshold and ultimate abilities. Manual: ghost, volley of souls, death skulls, death grasp. Command vengeful ghost rotation: I manual ghost so I can trigger its haunted debuff (cost 70 adren) at 99-100 adrenaline. Then build adrenaline to 60. launch death skull (with igneous cape), follow up with 3 stack volley of souls. Sunshine -> Conc -> Dbreath > Corrupt -> Tsunami -> Conc -> Staff Spec -> Limitless -> Smoke Tendrils -> Wild Magic -> ABS Spec -> Asphyx -> ABS Spec -> Random shit based on adren. When Spec is over I swap to DW/Exsnaguinate and do a rotation Conc -> Gstaff/other thresh -> Other Basic and repeat.

Use the highest AADPT bar which doesn't stun that you can from the list linked. Use revolution for basics-only and manually click your thresholds and ultimate abilities.

These Revo++ bars are perfectly fine for bossing. I even use the Magic Revo++ bars for Telos with a little extra manual input for defensive abilities. Keep in mind, they're not perfect, but they're a great starting point for you to figure out which custom rotations work best for you as the bars do a really great job of balancing adrenaline use ...
