There are so many builds it's hard to say. General rule of thumb is to go Zeus/Dioynsus for fast attacks, Artemis/Aphrodite/Athena for higher base damage attacks, and Ares doom for something in between. So Zeus might be useful for attack (especially if you get the Flurry Jab hammer) and Ares/Zeus for the special.

Although I prefer artemis attack and poseidin call. Everything else is whatever you want, but boons you really want glacial glare and artic blast from demeter. For duos you want all. Achilles and hidden aspects have a slightly different moveset, so I would mainly go for attack build for Achilles (it's also very good for cast builds) and special build for hidden. Also for Achilles and Hades, I'd definitely choose Artemis as a main god, because crits can scale their huge dmg bonuses.
