I´m having the same issue. 129/130, double checked every place and the parrot is not giving me any more hints. I know that the parrot does not give hints for every walnut, but I already won the darts game three times, did the mermaid puzzle and got all the walnuts from the trees. Double check that you've played darts with the pirate 3 times. If you have, then check that you've put a banana on the gorilla's alter in the jungle area. Both of those give 3 walnuts and don't have parrot hints. Yep was gonna suggest darts or the ones from gorilla hidden in the bush. Check the link Particular suggested.

At least according to the wiki that could be the only place I am possibly missing any of the golden walnuts, but also according to the wiki the parrot gave hints to all locations and quantities. I've already searched the island multiple times in all the hidden locations/dig up spots/etc but I'll keep trying!
