If you aren't a DIY person, a lot of shops won't touch things that are deleted -- and if you do find one, you need to make sure they never flash it. If you live in a state with emissions checks, you won't pass it anymore (I'm sure you're aware of it.) There's also the legal part if you get caught or the person who sold you the kit gets caught.

The Dynamic tune does not rid you of these problems. The only benefit (if any) doing Dynamic over delete is that removing it requires another couple of miles driving for the engine to come up to full temp.
